Was It Worth It Weekend (Giveaway!!)

My "Was It Worth It" weekend began on Thursday this week. Crazy, right? But I found this one garage sale that had all these brilliant, antique and vintage things!
For example, this Smith and Corona typewriter from the 20's. 1926 I think. Not sure though. Notice there's no '1' key? Yeah, I asked someone about it, apparently you used 'l' instead. Funny. Love this thing though! I need to clean off some space on my bookshelves so I can display it properly!
And a 1964 globe and stand (found at a different garage sale for just $1!!!) and this Tom Thumb toy cash register. After cleaning it off, I noticed some paper hiding in the bottom of it. So I shook it around a little and discovered some original Tom Thumb play money!! How cute!
"Familiar Trees" a 100+ year old book in GREAT condition! There are lot's of magnificent little illustrations in it. And this sweet little hankie. Both for just $1!
And my super find... These so chic tin trays. I found these at The Salvation Army though. There were probably 20 of them or so for 99 cents each. I bought 5. Then later that night I decided I would go back the next day and buy the rest, but of course, they were gone. Bummer. But I still have 5 of them!! One of them is in my coffee table (glass top with display drawer). I've got big plans for the other ones...
One of which I want to share with you!! Let me tell you, had I gotten them all, I would have given them away to the first dozen or so people who asked, but alas, it was not meant to be! I really love these trays. I think they are just so pretty and I am sure that there is someone else out there who loves them as much as I do, so I want to share...

SO.... I'm giving away one of them randomly to one of my readers. For this giveaway, just link back to this post on your blog, twitter, Facebook, whatever. Then come back and leave a comment with the link. That's it. Comments will close this time next Sunday. I'll pick a winner and announce it on Monday (or Tuesday at the latest!). Good luck!
